Women’s Only Boot Camp

With the TEAM™ approach in this class, you are motivated to become stronger, faster, and healthier than before. Classes are intense and challenging, and within one session you could see your strength increase 25%, lose an average of 4-7 pounds, and gain the energy to conquer your day like never before.

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Time: 5:45 – 6:45 a.m.
Where: Crab Cove Visitor Center (Mon. & Fri.), Washington Park Stairs (Wed.)
Cost: 2x/week for 4 weeks (1 session) = $135, 3x/week for 4 weeks (1 session) = $190

PF PDX Boot Camp (Co-ed)

This class is for both men and women. If you want to go on an adventurous trip to Italy, climb Mt. Shasta, or just feel energy and excitement every day, come join us.  Class is comprised of cardio drills, strength drills, core work, balance, and agility work.

* All sessions include pre/post class measurements upon request.

Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 a.m.
Where: Crab Cove Visitor Center (Tues.), Washington Park Stairs (Thurs.)
Cost: 2x/week for 4 weeks (1 session) = $135

Couple’s Friday Night Boot Camp Pub

I have often heard the questions, “What can we do on a date night?  How can we meet other people who are active, and laugh at couples who enjoy friendly competition? Can I meet more people who we can train for marathons with? Who will compete in a push up contest?” Look no further than this hardcore, fun, laughter filled class that will kick your arse, but may lead to the best date night of your life!

Having done market research at various Bay Area gyms, pubs, and work events, where I asked guys and girls what they look for on a first date, it was unanimous; they want to have fun, not be so serious, and laugh.  Thus, the class came to be!

Days: 3rd Friday of each month: June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21
Time: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. class, 7:45 – 9:00 p.m. pub time
Where: Class is at the Alameda Veteran’s Building or Washington Park Stairs; pub time fun is held at the various pubs of Alameda. Special discounts for Power Fitness PDX participants.
Cost: $20 drop-in (1 class).  Doesn’t include beer!
